    At present, PVC cables are still the main material for wires and cables in China. Although ordinary PVC wires have excellent mechanical, electrical, and processing properties, their biggest defects are flammability, high heat generation, fast flame propagation, and the release of a large amount of toxic and harmful corrosive gases and thick smoke when burned. These gases and thick smoke not only endanger life safety, but also severely corrode equipment and buildings, causing great difficulties for firefighting, disaster relief, and property evacuation work, and even causing secondary injuries. All this makes people realize that in addition to flame retardancy, cables must also have the characteristics of high temperature resistance, aging resistance, smoke-free, non-toxic and low corrosion. Therefore, the development of low smoke, halogen-free and non-toxic fire protection products has become a comprehensive development direction of the current wire and cable industry.     ★ Radiation crosslinking principle:


    Radiation crosslinking is the process of using high-energy electron beams generated by an electron accelerator to bombard the insulation layer of wires, breaking molecular chains and forming polymer free radicals. These polymer free radicals then recombine into cross-linked bonds, transforming the original linear molecular structure polymer into a three-dimensional spatial network structure polymer.


    ★ Characteristics of low smoke halogen-free irradiated cross-linked flame-retardant wires:


    1. High temperature resistance, no shrinkage of solder, and no melting damage;


    2. Resistant to chemical solvents, corrosion-resistant, and insoluble high polymer;


    3. Good mechanical performance, resistant to compression, wear, cutting, and cracking;


    4. Has good weather resistance (-40 ℃~150 ℃);


    5. Resistant to aging, UV rays, and radiation, with a long service life;


    6. Has non migratory properties (no plasticizers are added to the formula, so there will be no migratory properties);


    7. Improvement of flame retardancy: The carbonization of polymers can be enhanced through irradiation crosslinking reactions, thereby improving their flame retardancy;


    8. There is no toxic black smoke produced during combustion, and the corrosiveness of the combustion gas is low, halogen-free, and more environmentally friendly;


    9. It has higher volume resistivity and better high voltage resistance performance;


    10. The tensile strength is greater than that of ordinary PVC wires;


    11. Has good elasticity, viscosity, and softness;


    12. Safer: Slow spreading speed, low smoke concentration, high visibility, small release of harmful gases, easy evacuation of personnel.


    ★ Environmental performance:


    1. There is very little smoke during combustion;


    2. No corrosive gases escaping;


    3. Does not contain PVC or halogens;


    4. Does not contain 32P and complies with ROHS, REACH, SONY standards;

    1. Electronic products: laptops, LCD TVs and displays, DVs, cameras, mobile phones, micro motors, etc;
