On the morning of November 19th, 2019 at 8:00 am, our company held the 2018 year-end summary and 2019 goal conference at Jinke Hotel in Xiangcheng District, Suzhou. Leaders of various departments and all office staff attended the meeting, which was chaired by the manager of the administrative department.

At the beginning of the meeting, a heartwarming song and VCR were played, reviewing the whole process of the company since its establishment in 2012, from the initial few people of dianhang to the team of nearly 100 people of the company now, from the end of the year meeting held in the company's conference room for the first time in 15 years to now moved to a spacious and bright star hotel, the venue speakers and various facilities were complete, the company was developing, and the team was growing. Everyone reviewed the past years through short videos, and new comers also had a deeper understanding of the company through this VCR.

Subsequently, the attendees began their personal summaries based on the order of their summary reports. In 2018, the company exceeded its annual sales target despite the turbulent market environment, rising prices of all raw materials, the China US trade war, high-pressure inspections by the government on fire and environmental protection, and adverse external conditions! This is inseparable from the efforts of all members of the company. The marketing course is a front-line department of the company, and every marketing staff member and salesperson has made detailed reports on their work. Every customer commitment and recognition come from the joint efforts of the team. In 2019, the marketing team further expanded and the company added a foreign trade department. It is expected that the company will further explore the international market next year, with products going abroad to serve enterprises and wire harness manufacturers around the world.

As noon approached, after 8 members of the marketing department completed their presentations, the meeting took a break and had lunch time. In the hotel's buffet restaurant, desserts, steaks, juices, beverages, and various dishes were available. Everyone enjoyed delicious food and beautiful scenery in their spare time, feeling comfortable and fully rested. Thank you for the company's thoughtful and careful arrangements.

At 1:30 pm, the meeting continued, and the company's procurement department, administration, warehouse, quality assurance, engineering, production, and finance began to summarize and report in sequence. Regarding the sales performance, procurement costs, various procurement projects, financial expenses, quality control, customer investment statistics, production value, and specific project analysis for the whole year of 2018, valuable suggestions were put forward, as well as the goals and implementation measures for 2019.

At the end of the meeting, the top leaders of the company, Mr. Liu and Mr. Xing, made a summary report, affirming and sincerely thanking everyone for their hard work and achievements over the past year. They also provided a detailed explanation of the work goals and plans for 2019, pointing out the direction for the company's development.

At 19:30 that evening, the conference dinner officially began, and everyone raised their glasses and drank together, chatting happily. The 2018 year-end summary meeting ended successfully in a joyful and peaceful atmosphere.
