Xu Guanqiang, a colleague, joined the company in November 2017. He is diligent, eager to learn, meticulous in his work, and persistent. After transferring from the twisted wire group to the extrusion group in May 2020, he quickly grew into an excellent extrusion host operator.

In the production process from July to September 2022, the total number of specification changes reached 245 times, and the total production meters reached 15828639 meters.
