Xu Guanqiang's colleagues won the title of "Quality Star in the Second Quarter of 2023 of dianhang". This is also his second time receiving the title of "Quality Star".
Xu Guanqiang, a colleague, joined the company in November 2017. He is diligent, eager to learn, meticulous in his work, and persistent. After transferring from the twisted wire group to the extrusion group in May 2020, he quickly grew into an excellent extrusion host operator. He has a unique perspective, is good at analyzing problems, and proposes constructive solutions.

During the production process from April to June 2023, Xu Guanqiang and his colleagues changed the specifications 216 times, and he strictly followed the operating procedures. A total of 6043341 meters were produced without any abnormalities. In report inspection, whether it is the filling of reports, the retention of first article samples, or the writing of labels and material information, the traceability of quality is ensured, reflecting good quality awareness and professional ethics.
